Ad Layout & User Experience Policy

• Responsive in-article — inside long-form article body only.
• 300×250 rectangle — sidebar on desktop, in-feed on mobile.
• 300×600 half-page — sidebar on desktop only.

All units are labeled Advertisement. We never use the word "Sponsored" or any label that could imply editorial endorsement.

• No ad above the H1 / hero content on any page. The first thing above the fold is always real content.
• No ad placed such that it could be mistaken for navigation, a button, or site UI.
• Minimum 150px of real content between any two ad units.
• No sticky/floating ads that overlap content or the viewport.
• No ads inside modals, popups, chat widgets, or auto-refreshing containers.
• No ads on thin pages: error pages, empty search results, sitemap, robots.
• Sidebar ads only render on ≥ lg breakpoints where the sidebar exists.

• Every article is 1,200–1,500+ words of original, human-reviewed content.
• Max 3 ad units per article page. Homepage shows at most 2 in-feed ad units.
• Ads never dominate the visible viewport on any device.

• No fake screenshots, invented earnings, or "guaranteed income" claims.
• No prohibited categories: adult, violent, hateful, misleading health/financial claims, hacking, weapons.
• Affiliate/external links are disclosed in the footer; content remains editorially independent.
• Articles are original — no scraped or auto-spun content.

• Mobile-first responsive layout; ads reflow, never overflow.
• No auto-playing audio or video ads.
• No interstitials or forced-view ads before content.
• Fast page loads: lazy images, no heavy client-side scripts beyond AdSense itself.
• Clear navigation, search, and category pages so users can always find real content.

Any new ad slot, placement change, or new page template must be checked against this document before shipping. If a rule here needs to change, update this page in the same commit so the policy and the site never drift apart.
